This is for repeat customers to follow-up on health improvements and ensure the treatment plan remains appropriate for the individual. Alternatively, this booking option can be used for quick access to herbal medicine treatment for short-term or self-limiting conditions. Think of this as a 'minor ailments service', long-term and chronic conditions will not be discussed during this service. If you are not sure whether this is right for you, book in for a free telephone appointment! Please note, the price is for the consultation only and does not include any herbal remedies, these will be sold separately.
Cancellation Policy
Patient Agreement – Common Ground Herbals Please provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a booking. Emergencies and unforeseen circumstances will be taken into account. Payments made online should be made at the point of sale and must be made before postage of any herbal medicines. The practitioner will provide you with the best methods of contact and it is requested that this is done within work hours. Please ensure you provide the correct contact details and are kept up-to-date. We require 48 hours notice for any cancellations, this can be done via email or telephone. If you have any concerns regarding your treatment, you are welcome to make contact to discuss this. This will not be charged for up to 15 minutes as this will come under your care package, any consultation lasting over this may be charged. Consultations will be made using your preferred contact number.
